This is the third incarnation of my webpage and starts
to feel a bit like real life, with layers on layers. It is back to
basic and has three parts:

where I will try to focus on issues that connect and present
opportunities for different initiaitves around the world. Both
geographical links (e.g. China & India and the link between
China/India & OECD) and links between different areas (e.g. ethics
and global governance, geopolitical changes and economic development,
corporate initiaives and technology, etc).
